NU2YU Baby Shop Rental Policy
The NU2YU Baby Shop would like to expand its customer service base by offering the rental of certain items from the shop to customers living in the Beijing area, on either a long term or short term basis. Our rental stock includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
1. Bebe Confort portable crib/playpen - great for guests and parties
2. Peg Perego Infant carseat/carrier - vehicle safety newborn to 13 kgs
3. Phil and Ted's 'Metro' backpack carrier - great for trips to the wall and hiking
4. Mamas and Papas Infant car seat/carrier - vehicle safety newborn to 13 kgs
5. Graco Pack n Play with bassinet - great for guests and travel
6. Phil and Ted's 'Metro' backpack carrier with sun/rain hood - great for hiking in and around Beijing or elsewhere
7. Sit n Stroll - car seat and stroller in one
8. Chicco mid sized stroller - easy to fold up
Please familiarize yourself with the NU2YU Baby Shop's rental policy:
Content: 1. Rental fee for baby/toddler items such as car seats, strollers, regular sized and portable cribs, and highchairs is 100RMB per day for 3 days or less; 50RMB/day for 4-6 days; 250RMB/week weekly rate; and 600RMB/month for montly rate. NU2YU Baby Shop reserves the right to adjust rental fees on certain items without written notice, as some baby/toddler items may rent for less.
2. Duration of rental period will be noted at the beginning of the rental period (pick up and return dates as per the rental agreement).
3. A receipt, in the form of a rental agreement, will be filled out and signed by both parties. One copy to remain with NU2YU, and one copy to remain with the customer.
4. The NU2YU Baby Shop will note the condition of equipment rented at the time of rental pick up and return.
5. Inspection of returning item must be done before customer leaves the store.
6. A deposit of 500 RMB, or actual sales price of the item, which ever is greater, will be collected at time of rental. Upon return, the account will be settled (the balance due will be collected or difference in deposit and actual rental fee will be returned).
7. Equipment not returned on or before the due date without prior notification to NU2YU Baby Shop will be considered a purchase and there will be no refund.
8. Equipment returned early as per the time noted on the rental agreement will receive an in-store credit for the unused portion of the rental fee.
9. If an item is currently in stock, then it can be rented. Rental items are also available for sale upon the completion of a rental period (please see item 11).
10. The NU2YU Baby Shop does not rent the following items: toys, clothes, shoes, and books.
11. If the customer would like to purchase the item upon completion of the rental period, then he/she may do so (providing it is an item which is also for sale). Please note that the rental fee can not be automatically applied towards the purchase of the rental item.
12. Delivery and pick up can be arranged at a nominal fee to the customer. Please contact us to find out more information.
